My learning diary

DHL is making a certified International specialist (CIS) out of me!

During my journey I will be climbing mountains. However,It is all about the metaphor. Each stage of the journey represents a different mountain to climb and has different characteristics and challenges.
The journey is the path I will follow to become a successful Key account manager.

It requires some assesments and reflection on my personality, my style, my capabilities and needs

By understanding how I behave and what my preferences are I can better design my approach to meeting my learning objectives.
The learning styles inventory help me to find ut about my prefered learning style.
