To support this requirement, DHL can initiate the Handover to Broker procedure.

When a non-doc shipment is sent to a different country for a limited amount of time (with a guarantee that it will exit this country again), customs duties and taxes don’t need to be paid. DHL can arrange this procedure for a customer.  It is known as Temporary Import/Export .
