DHL Express Packing Guides: now available

They’re new, they’re fresh and they aim to make our customers’ lives easier. They are the updated DHL Express Packing Guides, now available .

In the coming months, the guides will be translated into several key languages, including Chinese, Arabic, Spanish and French. More languages will follow and source files will be made available to any country wishing to translate locally.

These new Packing Guides include some brand-new sections to help our customers pack their shipments Right 1st Time. For example, they provide advice on packaging quality when customers use their own packaging boxes and explain how best to pack different quantities of documents.

The key document is “An Essential Packing Guide for Express Shipments” which covers basic elements. In addition to this, there are specialized guides for four categories of shipments:
  • Electronic Goods
  • Fashion Apparel
  • Large and Palletized Cargo
  • Temperature Sensitive Shipments
