Hello , Today I went to the ECommerce summit at the Hilton hotel in Brussels. A selection of speakers from Belgium and abroad entered the spotlights. Some brought us intresting insights others were genuinley boring. Always the same statements and chit chat. Speakers who are still wondering if society is changing ...please don't. At least 5 speakers confirmed us that we are living in a changing society and that change is a fact. Moreover, with more than one billion smarthphones being used all over the world, the mobile shopping trend will be increasing rapidly especially because mobile payments are taking off. Further key words this afternoon were, social commerce, social selling, digital marketing and the generation of market places.
