Belgium has always been recognized as being very competitive and complex market by a huge number of major brands. This is also true for DHL. The only way to be highly successful in this market is to implement a local strategy.

DHL Belgium has to focus both on volume and yield taking into account a high labor cost together with a difficult destination mix. Everyone knows this is an extremely difficult task, as we have to realize this in a highly competitive market in the center of Europe. 



Our objective

The objective can be met by holding the quality of service at a high level together with the implementation of a smart pricing policy in a strong commercial environment. This above, together with a tight control of cost and an excellent relationship with our major customers make me hopeful we will as a team be able to even strengthen our success in a near future.​​​
